BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Three Mid-South Conference teams are ranked in the latest NAIA Men's Soccer Top 25 Poll, as announced by NAIA officials announced on Wednesday.

Cumberland University (Tenn.) moved up three spots to No. 3 after previously being tied for No. 6 in the poll. The Phoenix remain unbeaten at 5-0-2 on the season and are one of three Mid-South Conference programs represented in the latest Top 25.

Cumberland has posted a 2-0-2 record over its last four matches. The Phoenix opened the stretch with a 2-1 victory over No. 17 Grand View (Iowa), followed by a 3-3 draw against No. 4 William Penn (Iowa). Cumberland then opened conference play with a 3-1 win over Bethel (Tenn.) before most recently playing to a 0-0 draw against RV Tennessee Southern.

Lindsey Wilson University (Ky.) remains at No. 10 in the latest rankings. The Blue Raiders are 5-2 on the season and have won three consecutive matches.

Over their last three contests, Lindsey Wilson defeated Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) 1-0, followed that with a 2-1 victory over No. 16 Indiana Wesleyan, and closed the stretch with a 5-0 shutout against No. 6 West Virginia Tech. The Blue Raiders' three-match winning streak includes two victories over nationally ranked opponents.

The University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) is ranked No. 23 after entering the previous poll at No. 14. The Patriots are 2-3-1 overall heading into the latest rankings.

Cumberlands has recorded a 1-2 mark over its last three matches. The Patriots fell 2-0 to No. 21 Olivet Nazarene (Ill.) before responding with a 4-0 victory over SCAD-Savannah (Ga.). Cumberlands most recently fell 4-1 to No. 24 Union Commonwealth (Ky.).

Oklahoma Wesleyan remains at No. 1 after receiving 14 first-place votes and posting a 3-0-1 record. Indiana Tech moved up to No. 2, while Cumberland rounds out the top three.

William Carey (Miss.) made one of the largest moves within the Top 10, climbing from No. 8 to No. 5 with a 6-0-1 record. Georgia Gwinnett dropped to No. 6 after previously holding the No. 2 position.

The third regular-season NAIA Men's Soccer Top 25 Poll will be released on October 1.
