BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – For the second straight week Cumberlands (Ky.) Titouan Bernot has been named the Mid-South Conference Men’s Swimmer of the Week honors, conference officials announced on Monday.

Pinnacle Financial Partners sponsors the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week Award program. Pinnacle Financial Partners was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with banks in eight states in the southeast United States.

Titouan Bernot – Cumberlands (Ky.) – Fr. – Nancy, France

• Bernot won a trio of events, achieving two A cuts and a provisional in a double-dual meet.
• The freshman clocked a 1:36.66 to win the 200 free.  That time broke the Patriots school record by almost two seconds and is the fastest time in the NAIA by almost a second.
• The Nancy, France native followed that up winning the 500 free, touching the wall in 4:38.33.
• He closed out the meet as part of the Patriots’ 200 free relay that posted a winning time of 1:23.11.
• Bernot earns his second swimmer of the week honor of the season and of his career.
