BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – University of the Cumberlands’ Lillian Bittencourt (Track) and Lindsey Wilson University’s Rosemond Owusu (Field) named the Mid-South Conference Woen's Track and Field Players of the Week, conference officials announced Monday.

MSC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week

Lilian Bittencourt – Cumberlands (Ky.) – Jr. – Aurora, Brazil – Racewalk

• Bittencourt hit a national B standard in the 3K racewalk at the Montreat Invite.
• In the 3K racewalk she crossed the finish line in 16:17.23 for first overall.

MSC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week

Rosemond Owusu – Lindsey Wilson (Ky.)– Long Jump / High Jump 

• Owusu hit a national B standard in the high jump, and finished top three in the long jump at the Commonwelath College Opener.
• She cleared 1.65m in the high jump for first, and 5.46m in the long jump for third.
