BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A strong performance that includes posting four wins leads to Cumberlands’ (Ky.) Adam Geddis being named the Mid-South Conference Men’s Swimmer of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.

Pinnacle Financial Partners sponsors the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week Award program. Pinnacle Financial Partners was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with banks in eight states in the southeast United States.

Adam Geddis – Cumberlands (Ky.) – Jr. – Dungannon, Ireland

• Geddis was named king of the stroke as he won the 50 free after three rounds of elimination style racing.
• The junior posted the fastest time in each of the three rounds, including touching the wall in 21.22 in the finals to take the victory.
• Geddis was also part of Cumberlands 300 yard free relay as they notched a winning time of 2:10.73
• Geddis earns his first swimmer of the week honor of the season and of his career.
