BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Four Mid-South Conference women's golf student-athletes earned NAIA All-America Team honors, NAIA officials announced on Wednesday.
Cumberland's (Tenn.) Matilda Lind, Cumberlands' (Ky.) Atchariya Thanaudomkul and Jasmine Points, and Lindsey Wilson's (Ky.) Kayla Saunders each earned the national honors.
Lind -- the MSC Women's Golfer of the Year -- averaged 75.8 strokes per round during the season. She finished with one individual win while helping the Phoenix reach in the NAIA National Tournament. Lind earns second-team honors.
Thanaudomkul joins Lind on the second team. She posted a 75.4 scoring average with one win this season. Thanaudomkul tied for 11th at the NAIA National Tournament while helping the Patriots to a fifth-place team finish.
Points and Saunders were named to the third team.
Points averaged 76.0 during the season. She earned all-tournament honors at the national tournament after ending in a tie for 15th place.
Saunders recorded a 75.9 scoring average during the season, including posting an individual win. She helped the Blue Raiders reach the national tournament; finishing tied for 23rd.
The NAIA All-America Selection Committee named the three 15-woman teams.
