Mid-South Women's Wrestling Championships Take Center Stage on Friday

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- The 2026 Mid-South Conference Women's Wrestling Championships begin at 10 a.m. CT on Friday at the Ephram White Gymnasium.

Tickets are $15 for the entire championship and can be purchased at the venue on Friday.

One hundred and 12 grapplers from 13 MSC teams are slated to take to the mat on Friday with a conference title on the line.

The tournament boasts five nationally ranked teams, including No. 1-ranked Life (Ga.), and 48 nationally ranked wrestlers. No. 5 Lindsey Wilson (Ky.), No. 7 Indiana Tech, No. 12 Cumberlands (Ky.), and No. 17 Campbellsville (Ky.) are also ranked in the final NAIA Women's Wrestling Top-20 Poll.

The Mid-South Conference earned 46 allocations. The number of bids is determined by the number of wrestlers in the top 17 of the national poll from each conference in each weight class.

The allocations include: four bids at 103 pounds, four at 110 pounds, three at 117 pounds, six at 124 pounds, five at 138 pounds, six at 138 pounds, seven at 145 pounds, four at 160 pounds, three at 180 pounds, and four at 207 pounds.

The tournament seeding was conducted at the coaches' meeting on Thursday night.

Life has won the last three MSC Championships and owns four overall. Campbellsville also boasts four conference titles in the eight-year history of the championships.
