BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – University of the Cumberlands’ Travion Dotson (Track) and Lindsey Wilson University’s Maxwell Wordui (Field) named the Mid-South Conference Men's Track and Field Players of the Week, conference officials announced Monday.
MSC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week
Travion Dotson – Cumberlands (Ky.) – Gr. – Houston, TX – Sprints
- Dotson hit a pair of national standards over the weekend at the Liberty Kickoff.
- In the 60-meter dash, he would place first out of 66 contestants with a time of 6.71. In the 200-meter dash, he would place second out of 55 contestants with a time of 21.58.
- The 60m time is the fastest in the NAIA this season and a new school record.
MSC Men’s Field Athlete of the Week
Maxwell Wordui – Lindsey Wilson (Ky.)– Long Jump
- Wordui started the 2025-26 season with an A standard LJ of 7.45m to win the long jump at the Commonwealth College Opener.
- His effort was just 0.15m shy of the schools indoor record and is currently ranked second in the NAIA this season.
