Bowling Green, Ky. – The 2025 Mid-South Junior Varsity Volleyball Tournament has concluded, and Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) emerged as the champions after an undefeated run through both pool play and the tournament bracket.

Pool play set the stage for the bracket, with each of the eight teams battling for seeding. The overall pool play results were: Bethel (Tenn.) 1-1, Campbellsville (Ky.) 1-1, Cumberland (Tenn.) 2-0, Cumberlands (Ky.) 0-2, Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) 0-2, Georgetown (Ky.) 1-1, and Lindsey Wilson 2-0.

In tournament play, Lindsey Wilson defeated Georgetown 2-0 (25-12, 25-22) in their semifinal match, advancing to the championship. On the other side of the bracket, Cumberland topped Campbellsville 2-1 (19-25, 25-23, 15-10) to secure their spot in the final.

The championship match was a rematch of last year’s title contest. Lindsey Wilson came out strong, taking the first set 25-21 before Cumberland answered back to claim the second 25-16. The third set saw the Blue Raiders rally late to win 15-12, clinching the 2-1 victory and the 2025 Mid-South JV Volleyball Championship.
