BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Freed-Hardeman’s (Tenn.) Barrett Poe is chosen as the Mid-South Conference Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.
 
Barrett Poe – Freed-Hardeman – SR – Plant City, Fla.

• Poe won the 49-man Freed Speed Race last Saturday.
• He ran the 5,000 meters in 15 minutes and 53.6 seconds. 
• Poe helped Lions earn a runner-up team finish.
• This is his first conference honor of the season.
