BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Cumberlands' (Ky.) Bryndis Rosa has been named the Mid-South Conference Women’s Tennis Player of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.

Pinnacle Financial Partners sponsors the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week Award program. Pinnacle Financial Partners was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with banks in eight states in the southeast United States.
 
Bryndis Rosa – Cumberlands (Ky.) – So. – Kopavogur, Iceland
 

• Rosa won twice in doubles last week to help the Patriots to a 2-0 record during the week.
• She was part of a doubles team that dropped just one game in two wins over No. 13-ranked Georgia Gwinnett and Montreat (N.C.) last week.
• In singles, she earned a forfeit win and did not finish in her other match to conclude the week with a perfect record.
• Rosa earns her first weekly conference honor of the season.
