BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Georgetown's (Ky.) Pyper Wasch has been named the Mid-South Conference Women’s Tennis Player of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.

Pinnacle Financial Partners sponsors the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week Award program. Pinnacle Financial Partners was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with banks in eight states in the southeast United States.
 
Pyper Wasch – Georgetown (Ky.) – Fr. – Richmond, Ky.

 

·       Wasch won in singles and doubles last week in a 5-2 team loss at Brescia (Ky.).

·       She won her singles match 6-4, 2-6, 1-0 on court five in a three-set win.

·       Wasch teamed with Maggie Blevins to win 6-4 on court three in doubles.

·       The wins are the first collegiate wins of her career.

·       Wasch earns her first weekly conference honor of the season.
