BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Cumberlands’ (Ky.) James Ndayishimiye is announced as the Mid-South Conference Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.
 
James Ndayishimiye – Cumberlands (Ky.) – Jr. – Lexington, Ky.

• Ndayishimiye finished in 16th place in a 251-man field, completing 8,000 meters with a time of 24 minutes and 17.3 seconds at the Great Louisville Classic.
• He led the Patriots to fourth place out of 24 teams.
• The Cumberlands remain undefeated against NAIA competition this season.  
• Ndayishimiye earns his second consecutive conference honor of the season.
