BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – University of the Cumberlands' Lebron Williams (Track) and Lindsey Wilson University's Maxwell Wordui (Field) named the Mid-South Conference Men's Track and Field Players of the Week, conference officials announced Monday.
MSC Men's Track Athlete of the Week
Lebron Williams – Cumberlands (Ky.) – Jr. – Sprints
- Williams clipped the national standard in the 60m dash over the weekend at the Rod McCravy Memorial.
- He would place 12th out of 50 contestants with a time of 6.79.
- The 60m time ranks 13th in the NAIA this season.
- This marks the second time this season Williams has earned MSC Athlete of the Week honors.
MSC Men's Field Athlete of the Week
Maxwell Wordui – Lindsey Wilson (Ky.)– Long Jump
- Wordui started 2026 with an A standard LJ to win the long jump at the Marshall Alumni Invitational.
- His leaped 7.35m for the A standard and the win at Marshall.
- This marks the second time this season Williams has earned MSC Athlete of the Week honors.
