YPSILANTI, Mich. -- Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) posted a top-10 finish and Cumberlands (Ky.) ended in 12th at the 2025 NAIA Women's Golf National Championship at the Eagles Crest Golf Club.
The Blue Raiders ended the four-day competition with a team total of 1,223 (316-304-298-35) strokes to finish ninth. Lindsey Wilson was three shots from a tie for sixth and five shots from the top five.
Cumberlands posted a 1,242 (314-309-308-311) over the four rounds, climbing up the leaderboard one spot after Friday's final round.
British Columbia captured the national championship, firing a 1,169 (297-288-296-288) to win by 24 strokes. Keiser (Fla.) finished second with 1,193 (306-294-296-297) and Marian (Ind.) ended in third with 1,194 (301-296-299-298).
Individually, Lindsey Wilson's Butpapaporn Sukterm earned all-tournament honors after posting a third-place finish. The MSC Women's Golfer of the Year carded an even par 288 (75-69-71-73) over the four days.
She finished five strokes off the winning score of 283 (69-69-72-73) by British Columbia's Jessica Ng.
Lindsey Wilson's Pitchayapa Pungpho missed the all-tournament team by three strokes. She tied for 16th with a four-round total of 301 (77-75-75-74).
Cumberlands' Emily Allen and Ainslee Cruce tied for 36th to lead the Patriots. Allen (80-75-7479) and Cruce (82-78-76-72) each shot 308s during the championship. Cruce's even-par 72 on Friday was one of eight rounds of par or better.
