BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Union Commonwealth's (Ky.) Laila Lambert is the Mid-South Conference Women's Bowler of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.
Pinnacle Financial Partners sponsors the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week Award program. Pinnacle Financial Partners was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with banks in eight states in the southeast United States.
 
Laila Lambert – Union Commonwealth (Ky.) – Fr. – Huber Heights, Ohio

• Lambert captured the SCAD Bee Bash Tournament title last weekend in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
• The win is her first collegiate win.
• She recorded a 184.7 scoring average in her six games, beating the runner-up by 78 pins. Lambert's top game came in her final game, where she bowled a 225.
• Lambert's average was 36.9 pins above the field's average for the event.
• She helped Union Commonwealth to a third-place team finish.
• Lambert earns her first conference bowler of the week honor this season.
