LANSING, Mich. - Cumberlands (Ky.) posted a runner-up finish at the USA Archery Collegiate Target Nationals on Sunday, while three other Mid-South Conference teams finished in the top 10.
 
The Patriots tallied 103 points, finishing behind national champion Texas A&M. Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) tallied 67 points to finish fourth, while Union Commonwealth tallied 53.50 to place sixth. Pikeville (Ky.) rounds out the conference teams in the top 10 with 21 points in 10th. Campbellsville (Ky.) finished 13th with 14 points.
 
Cumberlands tallied nine podium finishes over the three-day event. The Patriots recorded three gold medals, four silver medals, and two bronze medals. Aiden Woodie captured a national championship in men’s fixed pins. Chase White, Zach Matthews, and Nicolas Mudd earned gold in men’s barebow team. Woodie, Joseph West, and Bennett Schuler earned gold in men’s fixed pins team.
 
Lindsey Wilson recorded five podium finishes with a pair of national championships. Keegan Benton won gold in men’s barebow, while Benton and Anastacia Godman teamed up in mixed barebow to capture gold. The Blue Raiders added one silver medal and two bronze medals.
 
Union Commonwealth recorded two silver medals and two bronze medals. Pikeville recorded one bronze medal, while Campbellsville’s Zoey Hudson, Madaline Teipen, and Megan Wallace captured gold in women’s barebow team.
 
Following the conclusion of the event, the All-Around Archers of the Year and All-American teams were announced. Cumberlands' Chase White (Men's Barebow), Cumberlands’ Jackson Ratajczak (Men’s Fixed Pins), and Cumberlands’ Ayla Mills (Women’s Fixed Pins) all earned Archer of the Year honors.
 
A total of 27 MSC archers earned All-American honors.
