SILVIS, Ill. -- For a third straight day, the Lindsey Wilson men's golf team is in third place at the 74th Annual NAIA Men's Golf National Championship at TPC Deere Run.
The Blue Raiders share third with Hastings (Neb.) following today's third round. Oklahoma City leads the tournament entering tomorrow's final round with a team total of 860 (290-278-292). Friends (Kan.) is in second place at 866 (292-284-290).
Lindsey Wilson posted a third-round 293 today, facing a 12-stroke deficit with 18 holes remaining. The Blue Raiders enter the final round with a team total of 872 (290-289-293).
Philip Kittoff Jr. posted the low round of the day for the Blue Raiders. After his 1-over par 71 in yesterday's second round, Kittoff Jr. carded an even-par 70 today to move into a tie for 18th place. He sits at 217 (76-71-70) following his eighth par or better round of the season.
Stanley White leads the Blue Raiders overall, sitting in 12th place following today's 2-over par 72. He carded three birdies on the day -- his third straight round with three birdies -- to post a three-round total of 215 (72-71-72),
Callum Waugh is in 23rd place in the individual standings. He owns a tournament total of 218 (72-70-76), just four shots out of the top-10. Polakrit Pawichai is tied for 46th at 223 (71-77-75), while Toby White is tied for 69th at 229 (75-78-76).
Cumberlands' Pedro Alonzo-Morgado -- who made the cut as an individual -- shot an 80 today. Alonzo-Morgado carded one birdie during his round and sits in tie for 57th place with a three-round total of 225 (73-72-80).
Marian's Lane Zedrick leads the tournament at 1-under 209 (71-69-69).
The final round begins at 8 a.m. CT on Friday. The Blue Raiders' first tee time is slated for 8:50 a.m. CT.
