BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Second-seeded Cumberlands (Ky.) cruised to a 4-0 Mid-South Conference Men's Tennis Tournament Semifinal win over Bethel (Tenn.) today at the Warren County Tennis Facility.

The Patriots (16-7) advance to the championship match, where they face top-seeded Lindsey Wilson (Ky.). First serve is scheduled for 3 p.m. CT.

Cumberlands captured the doubles point and won all three completed singles matches to advance.
Jacopo Cianfarini and Mohammed Abuzed swept at the top-seeded match, and Manuel Fernandez and Kesia Roi's 6-1 win on court three clinched the doubles point for the 1-0 lead.

Roi opened up singles play with a dominant 6-1, 6-0 win on court six to give the Patriots a 2-0 advantage. Thibaud Vivier pushed the Cumberlands' lead to 3-0 with a 6-3, 6-1 win on court four.
Cianfarini -- ranked No. 55 in the NAIA -- claimed the decisive point in the top-seeded match with a 6-0, 6-4 win for the team victory.
The remainder of the matches were halted once the Patriots clinched the win.

Cumberlands and Lindsey Wilson meet for the third time this season on Sunday. Each team owns a win in the regular season. Tomorrow's winner earns the conference's automatic bid into the NAIA National Tournament in May.
