KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The NAIA released the 2024-25 Women’s Basketball All-American Teams on Monday. Six Women’s Basketball Athletes from the Mid-South were named, including Lauren Lee, Kassie Monday, Madison Hart, Micah Hart, Kaylie Monday, and Teionni McDaniels
Campbellsville’s (Ky.) Lauren Lee earns First Team All-American honors. Lee comes off a dominant season after being named MSC Player of the Year, averaging 17 ppg, leading free throw shooter at .834 and 5.6 assists per game.
Bethel’s (Tenn.) Madison (First Team) and Micah (Second Team) Hart were named All-Americans. The Hart sisters led the Wildacts to a 27-8 season. Madison Hart would average 17 ppg and led the team in rebounding, while her sister Micah Hart led the team in scoring with 18 ppg and led the team in steals. Micah would also earn MSC Freshman of the Year Honors this season.
Cumberlands’ (Ky.) Kassie (First Team) and Kaylie (Second Team) Monday were named All-Americans. Kassie averaged 14.6 ppg and led the team in Assists. Kaylie averaged 15.3 ppg, along with 6.5 rebounds per game and 98 steals.
Georgetown’s (Ky.)Teionni McDaniels was named Second Team All-American. The Senior guard helped lead the Tigers to a 22-9 season, averaging 16.2 points per game and shooting over 38% from behind the Arc. McDanield earns MSC Defensive Player of the Year honors this season.
