BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Cumberland (Tenn.) Matilda Lind is the Mid-South Conference Women's Golfer of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.
Pinnacle Financial Partners sponsors the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week Award program. Pinnacle Financial Partners was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with banks in eight states in the southeast United States.
Matilda Lind – Cumberland (Tenn.) – Jr. – Sweden
- Lind earned medalist honors while leading Cumberland to a third place finish at the MSC Fall Preview last week.
- She carded a three-round total of 229 (77-77-75) to win by one stroke.
- Lind played the par fives under par at two-under.
- She tied for the second-most birdies in the tournament with six and posted 31 pars.
- Lind earns her first women's golfer of the week honor this season.
