BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Cumberland's (Tenn.) Braxton Dedmon is the Mid-South Conference Men's Bowler of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.

Pinnacle Financial Partners sponsors the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week Award program. Pinnacle Financial Partners was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with banks in eight states in the southeast United States.
 
Braxton Dedmon – Cumberland (Tenn.) – So. – Smyrna, Tenn.

• Dedmon finished seventh at the 54th Annual Brunswick Midwest Collegiate Championship over the weekend in Detroit, Michigan.
• He averaged 220.4 in his five games to post the top-10 finish in the 433-man field.
• Dedmon's top game was a 289 in his fourth game.
• He posted four games of at least 200 during the weekend.
• Dedmon helped the Phoenix finish 14th out of the 51 teams.
• Dedmon earns his first men's bowler of the week honor this season.
