MSC 3D Archery Championship Kicks of Conference Championship Season Saturday in Williamsburg
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Mid-South Conference 2026-2027 championship season will begin Saturday with the MSC 3D Archery Championships beginning at 8 a.m. ET. at the UC All-Purpose Field in Williamsburg, Ky. on the campus of the University of the Cumberlands. This is the first of three legs to determine the overall conference champion for Archery.
 
The individual shoot downs, which consist of the top-five qualifiers in each division, will begin at 8 a.m. ET., with Barebow Women and continue until noon. Team rounds are slated to begin at 1 p.m. ET.
 
Defending MSC champions Cumberlands (Ky.) swept all three phases last season and the Patriots have won nine consecutive 3D championships since it became a conference sport in 2017. The Patriots scored 212 points, including capturing nine gold medals at last year's 3D Championship.
 
Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) finished runner-up at the 3D championships with 128 points, while Pikeville (Ky.) placed third with 96 points.
 
Campbellsville (Ky.), Midway (Ky.), and Union Commonwealth (Ky.) will also take part in this year's championship.
 
The indoor conference championship will take place January 15-17 in Madisonville, Ky., while the outdoor conference championships will take place in April 9-10 in Williamsburg, Ky.
