BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Campbellsville's (Ky.) Grace Smith and Cumberlands' Laura Bosca are the Mid-South Conference Women’s Soccer Players of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.
 
MSC Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week
Laura Bosca – Cumberlands (Ky.) – Sr. - Midfielder – Madrid, Spain

• Bosca helped the No. 2-ranked Patriots shut out Union Commonwealth (Ky.) to open the 2026 season.
• She anchored the Cumberlands' midfield, surrendering just one Union Commonwealth shot in the 3-0 win.
• She also contributed an assist in the win.
• Bosca earns the first weekly honor of the season.

 
MSC Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
Grace Smith – Campbellsville (Ky.) – So. – Forward – Portsmouth, England

• Smith scored twice to help Campbellsville to a 5-0 season-opening win over Brescia (Ky.) last week.
• She tallied her two goals over a one-minute and 54-second span to cushion the Tigers' advantage
• She scored half of her shots on goal in the match.
• Smith earns the first weekly honor of the season.
