BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson’s Hannah Reid and Cumberland University’s Daveina Watson were named the Mid-South Conference Women's Track & Field Athletes of the Week, conference officials announced Monday. Pinnacle Financial Partners sponsors the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week Award program. Pinnacle Financial Partners was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with banks in eight states in the southeast United States.

MSC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week

Hannah Reid – Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) – Sprints

• Reid ran the 400m and 4x100 at the Jim Freeman/Clark Wood Invitational, hitting a pair of NAIA A standards.
• She clocked a 53.64 400m finish for first place and a third-fastest in the NAIA this season. The 4x100 relay squad crossed the finish line in 46.35 for an A cut and seventh overall.
• This marks Reid’s first MSC weekly honors of the outdoor season.  

 
MSC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week
 
Daveina Watson – Cumberland (Tn.) – Sr. – Clarendon, Jamaica – Throws

• Watson competed in a pair of throwing events at the Jim Freeman/Clark Wood Invitational, hitting an NAIA A standard in the shot put.
• She threw 14.95m in the shot for seventh overall, a top-four mark in the NAIA, and followed with a 34.94m discus throw for 23rd.
• This marks Watson’s first MSC weekly honors of the outdoor season.
