BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bethel (Tenn.) and Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) are the 2025-26 Mid-South Conference women's basketball regular-season champions, conference officials announced today.

Bethel and Freed-Hardeman finished the regular season with 9-3 conference records.

The Wildcats and Lions split their two regular-season meetings, with each team winning on the road.

Freed-Hardeman won 73-59 in McKenzie on Jan. 22, while Bethel won 60-46 in Henderson on Feb. 7.

Bethel and Freed-Hardeman have each been ranked in the NAIA's Top-10 all season.

Bethel earns the top seed in the tournament based on its better record against the tournament's No. 3 seed Lindsey Wilson (Ky.).

The MSC Women's Basketball Tournament begins on Friday in Bowling Green.
