BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Shawnee State's (Ohio) Blake Landers is the Mid-South Conference Men's Bowler of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.
Pinnacle Financial Partners sponsors the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week Award program. Pinnacle Financial Partners was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with banks in eight states in the southeast United States.
Blake Landers – Shawnee State (Ohio) – Jr. – South Point, Ohio
- Landers finished 28th in the 196-man Ohio Bowling Conference Event last Thursday.
- He averaged 210.3 in his three games, including bowling a 246 in his final individual game.
- Landers' average was nearly 25 pins better than the field.
- He helped the Bears to a 10th-place finish at the 20-team event.
- Landers earns his second men's bowler of the week honor this season.
