BOWLING GREEN, Ky.– The 2026 Mid-South Conference Indoor Archery Championship takes place this weekend beginning Friday, January 16
th, at the Western Kentucky Archery Complex in Madisonville, Ky. This is the second of three championships to determine the overall conference champion.
Cumberlands (Ky.) is the defending MSC Indoor Champions and have won the tournament five years straight. Campbellsville (Ky.), Lindsey Wilson (Ky.), Midway (Ky.), Pikeville (Ky.), and Union Commonwealth (Ky.) will also be competing.
The three-day competition begins at 4 p.m. CST on Friday with the first flight of qualification featuring the Barebow and Recurve divisions. Fix Pins and Compound divisions will qualify on Saturday, January 17
th at 8 a.m. CST.
Team rounds will begin Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m., which will be followed by the mixed team rounds. The competition concludes on Sunday morning with the individual head-to-head shootdowns.
The Patriots lead the overall team standings with 10 points after winning the MSC 3D Championship in the fall. Lindsey Wilson has eight points, followed by Pikeville with six points. The overall MSC Champion will be crowned in April following the conclusion of the MSC Outdoor Championship.
