BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - The Mid-South Conference announced its 2024-25 Men's Bowling All-Conference teams and individual honors on Tuesday.
Tennessee Wesleyan’s (Tenn.) Landyn Sanders was named the MSC Men's Bowler of the Year while teammate John Brooks earned Freshman of the Year honors. Andrew Dekows of the University of Pikeville was voted the Men's Bowling Coach of the Year while Chris Hollis of Cumberland University was named the Assistant Coach of the Year.
Sanders averaged 225.4 pins per game over the four MSC Tournaments bowling in 12 of the 16 games. He tallied 2,705 pins in those 12 games and bowled over 200 in 8 of those games with a high of 279.
Brooks recorded an average of 204.4 pins per game in 13 games. He recorded 2,657 pins and bowled over 200 in 8 games with a high of 244.
Freshman Bowler of the Year: Presented to the male freshman bowler with the highest overall regular season average with a minimum of 55% games bowled.
