BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Midway's (Ky.) Charlie Smith is the Mid-South Conference Men's Bowler of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.

Pinnacle Financial Partners sponsors the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week Award program. Pinnacle Financial Partners was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with banks in eight states in the southeast United States.
 
Charlie Smith – Midway (Ky.) – Jr. – Lexington, Ky.

• Smith placed fourth overall in the 212-man field at the Tier-I Bowlero Southern Collegiate Classic over the weekend in Marietta, Georgia.
• He recorded the highest single-game score of the tournament with a 280 in his fifth and final game.
• Smith finished the event, knocking down 1,130 pins for a 226 average.
• He helped Midway to a sixth-place finish at the Bowlero Southern Collegiate Classic.
• Smith earns his first men's bowler of the week honor this season.
