BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - The 2024 Mid-South Conference Cross Country Championships take place Friday at Phil Moore Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

The men's 8k race is slated to begin at 10 a.m. CT followed by the 6k women's race at 11 a.m. CT.
Women's Cross Country

Cumberlands (Ky.) is ranked in the NAIA Women's Cross Country Coaches' Top 25 Poll. The Patriots are ranked 7th with 449 points.

Last season, Cumberlands captured their fourth-straight conference title and 15th overall and will look to defend their crown at Phil Moore Park.
The top 14 scoring individuals earn all-conference honors with the top finisher earning the conference's runner of the year award.
Men's Cross Country

Cumberlands (Ky.) is ranked 13th in the NAIA Men's Cross Country Coaches' Poll. The Patriots 378 points in the poll. Campbellsville (Ky.) is ranked 23rd in the poll with 144 points. Cumberland (Tenn.) was mentioned in the poll and received votes. 

Last season, Cumberlands (Ky.) captured the title while Campbellsville finished runner-up.
